WHS REPORT MARCH 2026

During the month, one member sustained a minor injury after slipping on the rubber matting. No further treatment was required, but the incident has been noted for follow-up.

Following the chair incident in the SARCC reported in January, all four chairs in the radio room have now been fitted with new castors suitable for hard flooring. This should significantly reduce the risk of similar issues occurring.

The first aid kit from the training room has gone missing and has not been located despite checks. A temporary replacement kit has been placed in the training room to ensure first aid resources remain available.

Ross Shirtley is currently undertaking the test-and-tag process for all required electrical equipment, ensuring compliance and safety across operational areas.
